Advanced Beginner to Intermediate Wheel: Michael Metzner

If you’re comfortable with the basics and ready to throw larger, more consistent pieces, this class is for you.  

We’ll focus on creating beautiful, functional ceramics, with demos, guidance, and support as you build control and confidence—especially when working with bigger, more complex forms. 

Requisite: You should be comfortable throwing more than 3 pounds of clay. 

• Please buy clay prior to your first class; it will be waiting for you on the first day. 

• Practice makes perfect! Sign up for Open Studio. 

• Each student is assigned a shelf for the course. Please clear it on your last day, unless you’re continuing with another class. 

This class is for students ages 14 and up.

If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be informed one week prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
