DESCRIPTION:VisArts’ Accessible Arts classes offer inclusive instruction for students with disabilities\, with lessons designed to support a wide range of needs.  \nThe classes create a welcoming space to explore\, experiment\, and make art using a variety of media—from painting and drawing to printmaking\, collage\, and more.  \nInstructors provide personalized assistance and are attentive to sensory sensitivities\, creating a space that’s supportive\, flexible\, and welcoming.  \nEach session introduces new projects\, materials\, and techniques\, so students can come back again and again to build skills and confidence at their own pace.   \nStudents are welcome to attend with a support staff\, who may attend free of charge.  \nThis class is for ages 14 and up.  \nPlease use the Notes section on the registration form to list needed accommodations.  \n  \nClasses require a minimum enrollment of four students. If classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment\, students will be informed three days prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund. \n
