SUMMARY:Accessible Arts Mixed Media for High-Schoolers
DESCRIPTION:VisArts’ Accessible Arts classes offer inclusive instruction for students with disabilities\, with curricula designed to support a wide range of needs.   \nInstructors provide personalized assistance and are attentive to sensory sensitivities\, creating a space that’s supportive\, flexible\, and welcoming.  \nMs. Emily’s class is a fun\, welcoming space to explore\, experiment\, and create unique works of art using a variety of media\, including paints\, pastels\, markers\, and clay.  \nEach session introduces new projects\, materials\, and techniques\, so students can come back again and again to build skills and confidence at their own pace.  \nStudents are welcome to attend with a support staff\, who may attend free of charge.  \nQuestions? Contact instructor Emily Eisinger at eeisinger@visartscenter.org.  \n  \nThis class is for ages 14 and up.  \nPlease use the Notes section on the registration form to list needed accommodations.  \nIf classes must be cancelled due to low enrollment\, students will be informed three days prior to the start of the class and issued a full refund.
