Celebrate with a customized painting, pottery, or fused glass party at VisArts!
Art parties are held in our main building (155 Gibbs Street) or in our Studio 156 (156 Gibbs Street). The studios, which have brightly colored art, large windows, and multiple tables, are perfectly designed for art-making, cake-eating, and other party-related fun!

- The only way to reserve a date and time for your party is to make an on-line reservation and pay for your party. You may add up to 8 additional guests up to 4 business days prior to your event.
- Party reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis. You cannot “hold” a date and no reservation is deemed complete until your payment is processed.
- Party payments are refundable or transferable to another available date PROVIDED THAT THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE RESERVED DATE.
Painting Parties
Base Party Deposit: $400 (covers 12 children)
Additional Guests: $18 each (8 children maximum)
The base price includes a two-hour party led by our experienced instructor and classroom assistant and all the art materials necessary for the painting creations. Your child can select the image they want to paint from our gallery, choose their own image, or opt for our “free-paint” experience.
Additional tables will be available for cake eating and small party decorations if desired. All food materials needed (plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc.) must be brought by the party family. No refrigeration is available.
Pottery Parties
Base Party Deposit: $400 (covers 9 children)
Additional Guests: $40 for each (4 children maximum)
The base price includes a two-hour party led by our experienced instructor and classroom assistant and all the art materials necessary for hand-built pottery creations. The children will build and glaze their ceramic artwork during the party using texture mats, stamps, and more! The finished pieces can be picked up two weeks after the party by the party child’s parent in VisArts’ main building.
Additional tables will be available for cake eating and small party decorations if desired. All food materials needed (plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc.) must be brought by the party family. No refrigeration is available.
Fused Glass Parties
Base Party Deposit: $400 (covers 6 children)
Additional Guests: $45 each (6 children maximum)
The base price includes a two-hour party led by our experienced instructor and classroom assistant and all the art materials necessary for fused glass plates. Children will cut and layer glass, use frit and stringers, and produce a beautiful 6 x 6 plate! The finished pieces can be picked up two weeks after the party by the party child’s parent in VisArts’ main building.
Additional tables will be available for cake eating and small party decorations if desired. All food materials needed (plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc.) must be brought by the party family. No refrigeration is available.
