Students are encouraged to continue on the F&P Painting II in color. Call VisArts for a supply list.

An “alla prima” technique will be used conservatively with possibility for continuing a pose so students may learn how to layer a painting and develop tone in a manner that describes form rather than shadows. In addition to the traditional approach used in F&P Painting I, color is addressed in a simplified manner by using a limited color palette. Oils will be used. Demos given.
